Dr. Richardson is a board certified family medicine doctor with a specialty in geriatrics and palliative medicine. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Morehouse School of Medicine located in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his family medicine residency at The Medical Center in Columbus, GA.
In 2009, he completed his Fellowship of Geriatric and Palliative Medicine from Medical Center of Central Georgia located in Macon, Georgia. Dr. Richardson is a compassionate doctor who works closely with patients to help them receive optimum medical care.
Along with his responsibilities at Lake Oconee Urgent and Specialty Care, Dr. Richardson also serves as a hospitalist to local hospital, Putnam General, and Hilton Head Memorial Hospital in South Carolina
Dr. Richardson has plenty of experience treating acute detox symptoms and those suffering from addiction in both an inpatient and outpatient setting.
